TPC – the backbone of SIT brings all the students under one roof to chisel them into professionals with sound technical proficiency and soft skills. TPC empowers students to face the concrete challenges one encounters during the recruitment process. It incessantly endeavours to facilitate the scholar to conquer their career goals by instilling skills in a dynamic mode.

The percentage of successfully placed students in the past is a solid testimony to the tireless effort of the Team-TPC. We can proudly say that we have placed 912* students in 121* companies both in India and abroad, in this academic year alone!

The Training and Placement Cell is headed by the Principal. The placements and trainings are looked after by the Training and Placement Cell comprising of Placement Officer supported by Assistant Professors. A team of competent trainers from various expertise targets the students readiness on facing the overall Interview Process by enhancing their skills in communication, aptitude and technical skills, the expected parameters of the Industry

For the benefit of our students, TPC manages the whole range of activities. With a number of reputable organizations, it has inked Memorandums of Understanding. Guest lecture programs are conducted, featuring several distinguished individuals who provide students with opportunities to discuss ideas and concepts

External training

TPC also offers external training in aptitude skills, communication and soft skills, as well as company-specific technical training to enhance their capabilities.

Internal Training

The Internal training focuses on enhancing general aptitude, technical abilities, interpersonal skills and communication skills to empower and transform learners. To broaden the knowledge base of our students, TPC encourages participation in various competitions hosted by multinational companies, providing an ideal platform for the students.

Career Guidance Cell

The institution is powered with a Career Guidance Cell which organizes felicitation hours through which the students are encouraged to attend competitive exams for higher studies, Government and public sectors.
