TPC – the backbone of SIT brings all the students under one roof to chisel them into professionals with sound technical proficiency and soft skills. TPC empowers students to face the concrete challenges one encounters during the recruitment process. It incessantly endeavours to facilitate the scholar to conquer their career goals by instilling skills in a dynamic mode.
The percentage of successfully placed students in the past is a solid testimony to the tireless effort of the Team-TPC. We can proudly say that we have placed 638* students in 123* companies both in India and abroad, in this academic year alone!
The Training and Placement Cell is headed by the Vice Principal. The placements and trainings are looked after by the Training and Placement Cell comprising of a Dean (Training) and Dean(Placement) & Placement Officer supported by Assistant Professors. A team of competent trainers from various expertise targets the students readiness on facing the overall Interview Process by enhancing their skills in communication, aptitude and technical skills, the expected parameters of the Industry
TPC handles the entire collection of activities to pay way for the students of SIT. It has signed a memorandum of understanding with various reputed organizations. Guest Lecture programmes are organised, in which several eminent personalities deliver the students to exchange ideas and concepts.
The TPC also provides external training on aptitude skills, communication & soft skills and company specific technical training to augment their potentiality.
The Internal training accentuates on general aptitude, technical skill, soft skill, and communication skill to transform and empower the learners. To expand the horizon of knowledge of our students, TPC makes the students to participate in various competitions organized by multinational companies, sets a perfect platform to the students.
The institution is powered with a Career Guidance Cell which organizes felicitation hours through which the students are encouraged to attend competitive exams for higher studies, Government and public sectors.
